Katz Gluten Free Chcolate Fudge cake
Frosting NOT Included- A brand new addition to the Katz Gluten Free lineup, our Cake Mixes. Enjoy our decadent Chocolate cake, baked fresh in your house, either as 2- 9 inch round or yummy cupcakes.
Gluten free flour (White Rice, Tapioca,) Sugar, Cocoa, Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, potato starch, monocalcium phosphate), Coffee, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla (Pure).
You Will Need:
4 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Oil
2/3 Cup Water
1: Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease two 9" round cake pans or line cupcake pan with 24 paper wrappers
2: Beat eggs and oil with an electric mixer at medium speed until fully combined. Add cake mix and water. Continue mixing, scraping down sides and bottom of bowl with spatula as you go, until mixture is smooth (approximately 2 minutes).
3: Pour mixture into prepared pans. You can use two 9" round pans or 24 cupcake molds filled halfway with batter.
4: Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Approximately 35 minutes for 9" round and 22-25 minutes for cupcakes.
5: Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting.
