Udi's, known for it's gluten free breads, muffins and granolas, has launched a new product this year; a whole grain bagel. Prior to this, Udi's only produced a white bagel. Although it is a good alternative to most of the gf bagel offerings since it's actually soft, it is very "starchy". The whole grain variety is closer to a real bagel. If you like their while grain bread, you will probably like this product.
