FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLEWe offer free ground shipping on orders over $100. **It does not include orders that contain Matzo**. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.


PRODUCT CONDITION
 Baked Goods may arrive Frozen or thawed as long as it’s in transit no longer then 2 days it should be great. Please make every effort to place frozen items in the freezer as quickly as possible.


RETURN POLICY
All orders are final we cannot accept any returns.


DAMAGE
Please note shipping baked goods risk damage due to the volume of movement during transportation via the carrier, we are not responsible for damage during transportation. If a package is physically damaged upon arrival please make driver aware and do not accept package make sure driver marks it damaged and please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.


FROZEN FOODS
Frozen orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday for same-week delivery so that frozen packages will not sit over a weekend depending were you live. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order ships, and it is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, so the frozen items don’t sit out long please freeze as soon as it arrives

Frozen items cannot be shipped outside the USA, or to Hawaii or Alaska.
